Woven Products This warranty covers failures of frames in our woven products, such as broken welds or legs, for 5 years from the original date of purchase Woven materials are covered for all fading in color or cracking for 3 years from the original date of purchase This warranty also covers any fading or peeling of finishes for 5 years from the original purchase date This warranty does not cover failure of our furniture resulting from abuse or neglect Abuse and/or neglect is defined as a failure to provide reasonable care or maintenance for the furniture, modifications of the furniture in any way or accidental discoloration caused by harsh cleaning products or household chemicals Our warranty also does not cover acts of nature or exposure to extreme cold or heat Cushions & Pillows We provide a 1 year warranty on cushions, slings and pillows This warranty covers all fading and discoloration of the fabric or broken seams and rips in our cushions This warranty does not cover failure of our furniture resulting from abuse or neglect Abuse and/or neglect is defined as a failure to provide reasonable care or maintenance for the furniture, modifications of the furniture in any way or accidental discoloration caused by harsh cleaning products or household chemicals.
